Longworth is the consulting and engineering arm of Longworths Holdings UK Limited. We exist because too many small businesses are being left behind — priced out of enterprise consultancies or overwhelmed by the pace of AI.
We build the platforms, deploy the agents, and write the code. When we advise on AI strategy, it's backed by hands-on production experience — not slide decks.
Based in Bolton, Greater Manchester. We work with businesses across the North West in person and serve clients UK-wide remotely.

2004
Telecoms — 10 years of TDM PBX installation, programming, and on-site engineering across the North West
2014
Software — call recording, CTI, screen-pop integrations and database-driven IVR systems for enterprise PBX platforms at a UK software house
2016
Cisco Voice Lab Manager for one of the UK's largest mobile networks — managing voice infrastructure labs, CRM/LDAP integrations, and systems integration at national scale
2018
Operations engineer for a major UK telecoms provider's hosted voice platform — Cisco and Broadworks at scale, DevOps, VMware, ITSM across thousands of business customers
2021
Operations engineer at a global technology company — managing one of the world's largest enterprise Cisco UCCE contact-centre platforms, AWS, networking and DevOps
2025
Founded Longworths Holdings UK Limited — channelling 20+ years of telecoms, infrastructure and engineering into building technology products for SMBs
