Where are you based?
Bolton, Greater Manchester. We serve the North West in person and work with clients UK-wide remotely.
What is an AI voice agent?
A voice agent is a phone system that answers calls, takes messages, qualifies leads, books appointments, and routes calls using natural-sounding AI. It works 24/7 so you never miss a call. Powered by our VoxConnect and VoxVibe platforms.
How much does a project cost?
Ignition one-off setup starts at £1,500. Operator monthly retainers start at £499/month. AI Agents start at £99/month via VoxVibe, or £150/month for a full VoxConnect PBX. Custom work is billed by the day at £750. Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute call to scope it honestly.
How long does a typical project take?
An Ignition setup (website, email, CRM, analytics) goes live in two to three weeks. A VoxVibe AI answering line is live same-day. A VoxConnect PBX is typically one week including number porting. Custom builds are quoted individually — 2–8 days for most fractional work, longer for bespoke platforms.
